After we packed up at home, we headed over to my parents house to continue our Christmas celebration. Santa had visited my parents house, so we dived into the presents shortly after we arrived. The girls were slow to warm up since they had short naps in the car, but eventually remembered that there were very likely toys in the packages under the tree. I handed the camera over to Matthew, so there are fewer pictures, but you get the idea.

| Grandpa opening his gifts from the girls. There may or may not have been tears when he opened the picture of him with Charlotte. It is one of my favorites! |
| Mommy opening one of her presents. Charlotte wanted me to hurry up and open the box so she could climb in it. |
| Riding on her new rocking horse. |
Shortly after we got everything cleaned up at my parents, our extended family started to arrive. My mom's siblings and most of the kids trickled in throughout the day. It was loud and wonderful. We had a great Italian themed dinner (our family Christmas dinners have an International theme- this year was Italian).

| Watching Bambi with Derek. The two played hard, but Charlotte was starting to feel bad again. Her fever spiked again that evening, poor thing. |
| Apparently the view from the couch wasn't quite good enough. :) |
